Marvin Tarbox
Anah Shriners will host a memorial service to celebrate the life of Marvin Tarbox, Jr., on October 28, beginning at 2:00 p.m., at the Anah Shrine Center, 586 Main St., in Bangor. A dedicated member of Anah’s award winning Go-Karts Unit, Mr. Tarbox died on October 8 while participating with the Go-Karts in a community parade. The approximately 3,400 members of Anah Shriners and their families are mourning Marvin’s loss. The Memorial Service will serve as an occasion to celebrate Marvin’s life and his dedication to having fun while helping kids, especially the children who are treated at Shriners’ Hospitals for Children.
