Anah Shrine Circus — Bangor & Presque Isle, Maine

The Anah Shrine Circus is one of Bangor and Presque Isle’s few live family entertainment events. The year 2012 marks the 49th consecutive year for the Anah Shrine Circus. Over 1.3 million of Eastern, Central and Northern Maine people of all ages have attended this annual event. Circus sponsor messages are seen by hundreds of thousands of people through the Circus Program Book, advertising and Circus promotional and publicity efforts. Funds raised are used locally in various Anah Shrine programs, for operational funds and for many Anah Shrine community projects. More than 1,000 area Shriners and their ladies serve as circus volunteers. The award winning Anah Shrine Clowns sign more than 8,000 autographs each year at the circus. NO alcoholic beverages are sold at the Anah Shrine Circus.
